We don’t believe in rushing, and putting a tenant that doesn’t meet the requirements in a rental. In the long run, this will cost a lot more money and even be a loss. We believe by having patience and selecting the right tenant that meets the requirements that make your rental profitable.

Rushing and putting a bad tenant in will have a high probability of them not paying rent on time or paying at all. This puts stress on you, the client/landlord and us as the property management company. It is a downward spiral to pick a tenant just only based on speed. If you take a little more time and select the right tenant everyone wins.
